The *Marlin 3/8" dovetail rail is cut with Picatinny slots to fit Picatinny and Weaver style rings and accessories. The additional slots allow you to locate the optics exactly where you want it to be. Fits the model 60, 795 and other semi-auto rimfire Marlins. No gunsmith required as the 6 supplied set screws hold the rail securely using a 1/16” Allen wrench(not supplied)

NO Drilling & Tapping required

*Fits semi-autos non "MM" serial numbered Marlins produced from 2005 to 2011.

The part number on the bottom of the rail should be placed forward toward the muzzle.

Comments:	fit was not like described on my marlin 795. got stuck halfway on (without force )and would not come off now it is stuck on my rifle. product feels like a good, quality part, just bad fitmint.
