The 25MOA Picatinny scope mount designed for the Savage MKI, MKII series 22LR rifles with factory drilled & tapped "E" and non "E" receivers when you need a 300yrd zero. Works great when using Picatinny or Weaver style rings on those really long, large objective high powered scopes. Made from billet aircraft aluminum and then black hard coat anodized for a long lasting finish. The ejection port area is "cut-out" for easier, cleaning, single shot loading or clearing a stuck spent case. Uses 4 TORX head #15 screws - included.
The factory textured finish(paint) on some models is bleeding into the factory drilled & taped holes causing problems installing the screws. You might need the clean the holes by hand with a 6-48 tap!
