Purchased this for my vintage Marlin bolt action 22 rifle. The rifle is not drilled and tapped. This mount fits perfectly into the ?” dovetail. The four set screws provided were used to secure the base to the receiver and it functioned perfectly. The base is very secured. I used a set of Warne 1” split rings to mount a vintage Tasco 6-24x40mm varmint scope. The added extended Picatinny rail sections forward of the receiver allowed me to set the eye relief of my scope without having to adjust my head on the stock. Very well engineered and manufactured product. I have similar mounts for my Anschutz and Voere rifles. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the mount. Put it on a Marlin 25MN It's a perfect fit and so easy to install. Definatly recommend. Iwould give it more stars, if they were avaiable! Fastest delivery I've had since this COVID-19 outbreak started. Note: it doesn't come with Marlin engraved on it.

The weaver #12 mounts, while functional, are an insult to 22lr platforms. This 25moa mount from DIP, however, is a piece of functional art. The design is ingenious. The fit and finish is superb. To that, add a rock solid, perfectly level from from front to back, picatinny rail with added eye relief and almost infinite rail space, and you have exactly what your rifle needs if accuracy is important to you. From quality manufacturing to outstanding service, the DIP scope mount is second to none.

Ordered the Marlin scope base on Tuesday and I received it on Thursday. Excellent turn around time. The product is fantastic. I 100% would recommend this scope rail.

I started with a two piece scope base on my Marlin 981TS. It worked but it didn't feel right. Hoping for something a bit more...tactical, I stumbled onto DIP inc. This single piece scope base feels very sturdy, and has that tactical look that I wanted. Mounting it on my rifle took less than 5 minutes with proper Loctite and 9 inch pounds of torque on the included 4 fasteners Fits like a glove! Thank you DIP inc.
