The Marlin 3/8" dovetail rail is cut with Picatinny slots so you can use Picatinny or Weaver style rings and accessories. The additional (1)25MOA slope built into the rail allows you to easily "zero" your scope at 200yrds or more.
The slots allow you to locate the optics exactly where you need them to be. Fits the *model 60, 795 and other semi-auto rimfire Marlins.

(1)25MOA (minutes of angle) means the mount has a slope built in so you can set your scopes "zero" all the way out to 300yrds when you practice with 22LR target ammo. However because of the added slope the 25MOA limits how close you can "zero" to about 70yrds with most scopes.

NO Drilling & Tapping required: held in place with 6(supplied) 1/16" Allen drive set screws

The part number or white mark on the bottom of the rail should be placed forward toward the muzzle.

*Some rifles have a narrow cut dovetail. Your dovetail must be at least 0.430" wide.

Adds approximately .220" to the receiver height

25MOA built in to the mount to allow most scopes to be "zeroed" anywhere from 70-300yrds with 22LR target or subsonic ammunition.
