I put this scope base onto my 1989 883 Marlin 22 mag and it fits great and since my rifle was not drilled and tapped from the factory the set screws worked great. I did not use loctite on them as the directions stated but that is me and how I mount my optics but I did use a torque wrench and went by their specific torque settings. DIP 100% pays attention to details even doing to their packaging and you can tell it is very well made. Would recommend to anyone wanting to put a Picatinny rail instead of using the dovetail.

Purchased this and was exactly what I needed. Did have to contact customer support as was missing set screws when I received it. After looking at the website again I found out I was supposed to specify when ordering whether or not my gun was tapped for a scope mount which it was not. They promptly sent out the set screws at no charge. Great customer support.

A very nice product, it shipped quickly and looks good. Slid onto the dovetail nicely. I do, however, have a small quibble. It someone orders the setscrews, perhaps you could include the Allen wrench needed to install them. They are very small screws and need a correspondingly very small Allen wrench. The only one I could find around here is metric, and I think it's not the right size, because the screws won't bottom out or tighen up. I don't think including the Allen wrench would add that much to the price and would increase customer satisfaction by simplifying the installation process.

Very nice product for a not so common gun at a great price. I was ecstatic to stumble on to your website because this is exactly what I've been looking for. This installed perfectly on my Marlin 925 Bolt action and looks great. A few purchaser suggestions are to make sure you have the recommended loctitie and the torque tool to accurately torque it.

Nicely made , fast shipping. I had reservations on the purchase due to the reviews because I wanted this for an older 782 and one review said he fit it perfectly on an older 782 so i give it a shot but it didn`t fit mine but being nicely made as it was I`ll keep it and use it on another since rings for the newer scopes are about non existent.

Mounted on a Marlin 925M. Fit perfect, I mounted a Burris Fullfield E1 Riflescope 3-9x40mm. the rifle is simply awesome. I highly recommend this mount.

Excellent! Used this fine product to mount a Vortex Diamondback scope on my sons XT-22YR. Perfect fit, made it easy to mount the scope up and out of the way of the action.
