I ordered this part back in may of this year It is a replacement part for the trigger guard that came on my savage model 93 heavy barrel, And it also came with a laminated stock ,Such a nice gun very accurate, But the plastic trigger guard just didn't go with the gun, So I looked for a replacement and was happy to find one from this company American made very well made Fit right on the gun without any problems Shipping was fast, I would recommend it to anybody that needs a good replacement for the one that comes with the gun.

I gently stretched it just the tiniest amount and the screw holes lined up perfectly to replace flimsy broken plastic one that the rifle came with. Looks absolutely perfect.

These are excellent replacement trigger guards. Much better than the cheap flimsy OEM guards. I have them on all three of my newer Savage rimfire rifles.

just wanted to share that I have a Savage Mark II Y .22 cal and I am assuming the "Y" in model designates Youth. Anyway I ordered this part because the plastic trigger guard originally installed from the factory broke. The part SAV-13064 fit perfectly.

It is a really nice trigger guard, and certainly an upgrade. My only criticism is that the bottom of the recessed holes are flat, and not tapered to accept the factory Savage flush-mounted screws like the original trigger guard. This leaves the edge of the screw heads sticking up above the edge of the guard. As an end-user, the solutions are either to drill out the trigger guard, which would damage the trigger guard finish, or replace the screws with a pan-head screw. Both of which involves more investment past the original purchase, and a hassle.

Very satisfied with aluminum trigger guard. Wanted a CZ 22 in left hand but rifle was discontinued. After much research purchased a left hand Savage Mark II G (great fit and finish); upgraded with the aluminum trigger guard, DIP receiver bottom metal and vintage Weaver steel K4 scope. Rifle now looks and shoots as good a s a CZ. Very pleased with the results and the total price (rifle, upgraded bottom metal, minus scope) was about $325.

Great product. I ordered this along with 2 mkii action screws to go onto my custom stock which is a little bit beefier than the factory savage stock. The longer action screws & this trigger gaurd were exactly what i needed to complete my build. Great quality products shipped fast. Definitely will be a return customer.
