Other than being an up grade from factory plastic to a metal release lever - the little bit of extra length this lever gives is a huge improvement! You will not regret this upgrade!

I have 2 of these. Just the right amount of extra length. Perfectly machined like the rest of their stuff.

I was replacing my 455's broken plastic mag well so I figured I may as well replace the mag catch for this one. It dropped right in and while the extra 2mm doesn't sound like much, it's *just* enough to make mag changes easier.

Well make and shipped fast. Extends flush with a 5 round mag, perfect length. When you build a serious rifle you buy all the setups parts!

This a must have part. Removing that Mag is so much faster and easy to get at. Change my two 457's out with all Metal parts. Thanks, DIP

I ordered this because I was replacing the magwell and figured why not go with all metal parts? It's nicely made and finished, fits perfectly, and although it seems like it wouldn't make a difference, the extra bit helps. Locks up nicely on the mags too.
