Just follow the directions and you will be very happy! I first leveled the rifle in a holder and installed the scope mount and, checking for its levelness. Then leveled the Bushnell Elite 4200, 8-32X40 AO, w Duplex. The reason for buying this scope mount/base is I wanted to install Burris High Signature Zee Rings on my LH CZ 452 American, .22LR. I feel more comfortable with having the 25MOA mount vs using the Burris Insert Kit and a flat mount.
