After reading about the many methods/products available to improve the factory trigger on the 452 i settled on the adjustable sear from DIP with a just little trepidation about the install. Several customers mentioned struggling with the spring/ball bearing component. I found it to be pretty straightforward due to the convenient pin hole situated to capture the compressed ball and spring with a paper clip. It was a cinch, no flying pieces. Once installed and adjusted, my trigger was crisp and creep-free; a vast improvement for a very small investment. It has made a wonderfully accurate squirrel rifle an equally fantastic shooter. A well-engineered and manufactured product. Great job, DIP!

The product is very nice in fit and finish. The cross drilled hole for retaining the spring/bearing makes installation a breeze. I had to file/polish the set screw head and casting mark on the stock trigger to get rid of a gritty creep. I also installed a lighter spring (maybe 2lbs as I don't have a trigger pull scale) and adjusted the sear to eliminate the possibility of a bump fire. Although I haven't had a chance to shoot the rifle since the upgrade, I know my shoot placement will be better it due to the reduced creep and lighter pull.

I combined this with the spring kit from DIP and the results were FANTASTIC! My CZ 455 trigger transformed from a long, gritty 3.5 lb pull to a super clean, crisp 2.0 lb pull. With the spring kit I easily could have gone much lighter with the trigger weight, but I set it up for personal preference. I've had this installed in my CZ455 in 17HMR for about one year now and have put over 2,000 rounds through it with zero issues.

Easy to install, removes the creep from the trigger and is the perfect compliment to a new trigger spring. To help other customers please update the instructions to include an explanation of how to retain the ball and spring with a paperclip as in the CZ 455 adjustable sear instructions. That makes this job a snap. Worth every penny to install this product. It is like shooting a different rifle once it is installed. I have two CZ rimfire rifles and this would be a great thing for CZ to make standard in all of their rimfire products.
