This trigger guard looks so much better then the original. Transferred the safety and installed a their silver target trigger. Feels great. Easy install.

I bought this to repair the safety in my early model 60. The original trigger guard was broken inside, so the safety wouldn't work. The DIP Aluminum trigger guard went together with no problem using the parts from my original trigger guard and the 15018 trigger that DIP offers. I had great difficulty installing the DIP assembly into my stock however. The screw holes are slightly off. Finally I loosened all of the screws and pushed the trigger assembly as far forward as it would go, then installed the screw behind the trigger, then I got the screw to thread in (begrudgingly). Seems like the back screw hole should go maybe 10 mils more to the rear. Anyhow, finally got it together. Looks nice, works well.

Received guard and transferred OEM safety. Fit wasn't good and emailed DIP for info. They promptly responded and let me know some of the earlier safety's were smaller in diameter and sent me a new/larger one for free - Wow. Getting harder to find good service these days, thanks DIP. Great fit & finish on all parts I have purchased for my CZ and Marlin rim fires. Great company to work with. Thanks.

Overall, a very good part. There is a fair amount of slop with my safety, but it still works after swapping all the parts over (either these guns came with different sized safety buttons depending on when they were made, or maybe the part is drilled for a new-style safety button?) Otherwise fit and finish are excellent. Some basic instructions would be helpful for some; e.g. it may not be clear to some that the plastic washers are necessary if they are keeping the factory trigger. I used the target trigger and it was pretty clear during assembly that the washers were not needed.
