I bought this to repair the safety in my early model 60. The original trigger guard was broken inside, so the safety wouldn't work. The DIP Aluminum trigger guard went together with no problem using the parts from my original trigger guard and the 15018 trigger that DIP offers. I had great difficulty installing the DIP assembly into my stock however. The screw holes are slightly off. Finally I loosened all of the screws and pushed the trigger assembly as far forward as it would go, then installed the screw behind the trigger, then I got the screw to thread in (begrudgingly). Seems like the back screw hole should go maybe 10 mils more to the rear. Anyhow, finally got it together. Looks nice, works well.
